Invitation à l'atelier (Invitation to the Studio)

A hitherto unseen installation by Susanna Fritscher, especially designed for the studio of the Musée Zadkine. Susanna Fritscher explores space and exploits the specific nature of the place, both as an object of experimentation and as a building where light plays an essential role.

She frees her painting, the white, conceived as a material, from the wall, in order to permeate the space and play with light and transparency, thus leading the visitor to the studio to question the reality of their perception.

Susanna Fritscher thus invites us, far away from the incessant production of images and signs, to immerse ourselves in the purely sensory experience of space and time.
