THIS FALL AT MUSEE ZADKINE

IN COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT DIRECTIVES THE MUSÉE ZADKINE WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL DECEMBER 1ST 2020. 

The exhibition "Chagall | Zadkine | Crossed Trajectories" planned at the Zadkine Museum from 13 November 2020 to 25 April 2021 will not  take place due to constraints related to the production of the exhibition.

After  embellishment works carried out during the summer, the museum will gladly welcome the public once again on Saturday 3 October from 7 pm to 2 am, on the occasion of Nuit Blanche 2020, participating as one of the four museums structuring the official path. Contemporary artist Laurent Grasso, whose immersive and labyrinthine devices mix films, sculptures and paintings, creating mysterious atmospheres, has imagined for the Zadkine Museum a nocturnal and dreamlike journey, an initiatory journey. - By reservation only.

Its presentation will be extended exceptionally, and the public will be able to experience the exhibition imagined by Laurent Grasso for Nuit Blanche from Tuesday 6 October to Sunday 18 October.

The museum will then reopen its doors on 12 November with a tour of the collections that will allow visitors to discover or rediscover Zadkine's masterpieces in the intimate context of the workshops, garden and house where the artist lived and worked from 1928 to 1967.
