DÉCOUVREZ LES 14 MUSÉES DE LA VILLE DE PARIS
Main menu
A stone’s throw from the Luxembourg Gardens and Montparnasse, the Musée Zadkine, a place of charm and memory, is dedicated to Ossip Zadkine, a sculptor of Russian origin, master of direct carving, and a major figure in the Paris School.
It was the place where the artist lived and created between 1928 and 1967. Nestled in the greenery of its garden, the museum has been renovated on the occasion of its thirtieth anniversary, remaining as true as possible to the style of a studio, of which it is one of the last remaining examples. The new presentation of its collections, redesigned with the focus on materials, creates a dialogue under the light of its glass roofs, between works in plaster, clay, wood and stone. The Musée Zadkine offers an exceptional cultural setting just waiting to be discovered and introduced to others in a unique fashion. A Russian enclave and a unique location that is perfect for your events.
